Tuna Mornay in the Cuisine Companion
While there is nothing flash about Tuna Mornay, it's a family favourite for one of my little peeps and hence it's on the menu reasonably often. The cuisine companion makes it truly simple to cook and there is never a lumpy bumpy bit in site. We often add garlic and leave out the onion - but either way, it's delish!
