Chocolate Cake in the Cuisine Companion
INGREDIENTS:
Butter (170g)
4 eggs
Milk (250g)
SR flour (300g)
Raw Brown Suger (370g)
Coco (40g)
Vanilla Essense (1 teaspoon)
METHOD:
- Preheat oven to 180 degrees
- Line the base of your standard sized cake tin
- Select the Ultra blade
- Add all ingredient into the bowl
- Speed 8 or 1 minute
- Scrape down the sides
- Speed 12 for 30 seconds
- Pour batter into the cake tin
- Cook for 40 minutes or until a skewer inserts and comes out clean.
NOTES:
The recipes freeze well. Ice and cut into squares before wrapping in Gladwrap and freezing for school lunches
