Chocolate Cake in the Cuisine Companion


INGREDIENTS:
Butter (170g)
4 eggs
Milk (250g)
SR flour (300g)
Raw Brown Suger (370g)
Coco (40g)
Vanilla Essense  (1 teaspoon)


METHOD:
  1. Preheat oven to 180 degrees 
  2. Line the base of your standard sized cake tin
  3. Select the Ultra blade
  4. Add all ingredient into the bowl
  5. Speed 8 or 1 minute
  6. Scrape down the sides
  7. Speed 12 for 30 seconds
  8. Pour batter into the cake tin
  9. Cook for 40 minutes or until a skewer inserts and comes out clean. 
NOTES:
The recipes freeze well.  Ice and cut into squares before wrapping in Gladwrap and freezing for school lunches
